Principal of Design Works Construction Services LLC, Dave Wagner, has 20 plus years experience as project architect and owner representative, completing hundreds of successful projects throughout the United States and Ontario Canada, Dave has developed the experience and know how to tackle many project types with the professionalism our clients expect. 

His work has included:

• Lead designer and project manager for multi national brand retail store chains including design and construction of over 150 projects located in shopping malls, shopping centers, stand alone and intercity shops throughout the United States and Ontario Canada.
• Corporate office building facilities assesment, master planning, office design and relocation management throughout New England.
• Project Architect and key member of the design and construction  team for multiple large and small scale housing projects funded through multiple private and public sources including HUD, CHFA, DECD, Mass Housing, DHCDand others.These programs include senior affordable housing, congregate housing, group homes and assisted living facilities throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. Other projects included daycare, preschool and church buildings.
• Custom home design and remodeling of residential projects throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts
• Home Handicapped Accessibility Modifications to over 75 projects funded through the Connecticut Department of Social Services Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and The Connecticut Department of Children and Families.
