Quality Control
Design Works Offers owner representation throughout the construction phase of the project that ensures the project will satisfy the owners best interests for many years to come. We are a key member of the building team. We serve as the owners onsite representation on a frequent basis. Our loyalty is with the owner and to preserve objectivity, our fees are not affected by the costs of the project or changes to the project scope or cost. We maintain both a holistic and detailed view of the entire project fueled from our involvement with every stage or the projects development. We are the eyes and ears of the owner and work tirelessly to enforce the owners best interests.

• Document review and coordination between owner and contractor.
• Detailed field reports and recommendations of the construction quality and progress
• Monitor all aspect of the construction process to ensure owner satisfaction
• Review all systems incorporated into the project to ensure they meet or exceed the owners required standards
